Lynk & Co 800 Shown in Spy Photos: the Crossover Turned Out Smaller than the 900 and Will Get The Next Day Design

On the afternoon of December 24, the industry outlet IT House shared a batch of spy shots posted by blogger @德卤开车, showing a camouflaged prototype of the 2026 Lynk & Co 800. However, it is still too early to judge the new model’s appearance—only the “front end” and rear are partially visible in the images, while the overall body outline remains a mystery.

According to IT House, the upcoming 800 will be noticeably more compact than the large Lynk & Co 900, while retaining a similar design language to its “big brother.” Which architecture underpins the model—SPA Evo or SEA—has not yet been specified. It is assumed that in terms of positioning, the crossover will be close to the current Lynk & Co 09, which is already on sale.

Judging by certain details, there is a chance that the Lynk & Co 800 will continue the Lynk & Co 900’s signature theme: a “family” front fascia in The Next Day style and full-width rear lighting (source: ithome.com).

At present, the brand’s lineup includes mid-size and full-size SUVs. For example, the Lynk & Co 09 is offered at prices from 238,800 to 265,800, and the Lynk & Co 900—from 309,900 to 416,800.

For scale: the Lynk & Co 900 measures 5240×1999×1810 (1800) mm with a 3160 mm wheelbase. It features hidden door handles and a concealed rain gutter, an illuminated logo, a power tailgate, and full-width taillights. The vehicle is equipped with a plug-in hybrid powertrain with 1.5T and 2.0T engines. Two- and three-motor configurations are available. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes as little as 4.3 seconds. Electric-only range under the WLTC standard reaches 220 kilometers. Certain versions offer air suspension, adaptive dampers, rear-wheel steering, and L2-level driver-assistance systems.
