FAW Besturn has summed up the year and stated that as of December 24, 2025, the brand’s cumulative sales reached 190,017 vehicles. For Pentium, this is not just a successful season, but an absolute record in the brand’s entire 20-year history on the market.
Achieving this result was helped by a focus on “new energy.” In the spring, the manufacturer unveiled the Yueyi 03. This is the first model of the Yueyi family, built on the Yueying platform. The new model is positioned as a compact crossover, and the key argument for buyers is a driving range of up to 565 km. The indicative price range is set at 79,800–147,900 yuan.
As early as May, the lineup was continued by the Yueyi 07. This time, it is a midsize SUV, which became the first production vehicle with the BMP super electric hybrid system. The preliminary cost of the model is estimated at 99,800–139,900 yuan.
The plans do not end there. In 2026, FAW Besturn intends to release the Yueyi 08, which has already been shown at the Shanghai Auto Show. It is called the brand’s flagship: dimensions are 4920/1920/1475 mm, and the wheelbase is 2900 mm. It is known that the version will be fully electric and designed for long-distance travel.
