On December 29, IT House reported that Denza Motors, a subsidiary brand of BYD, published another, already the 14th issue of the official Denza “questions and answers.” In it, the company clarified that the 2026 Denza D9 minivan is preparing to receive an over-the-air (OTA) update. Moreover, in the near future the manufacturer intends to activate, for vehicles equipped with a parking-assistance system, an audio broadcast function in a foreign language.

At the same time, brand representatives also spoke about another new feature. The “dual flagship” Denza Z9 has gained the ability to leave voice feedback, which works using artificial intelligence. If an owner encounters a problem or wants to send feedback, it is enough to say the command “Hi, Denza, I need feedback.” After that, the system starts in real time, and each request is recorded and then tracked until the issue is resolved for the specific vehicle.
Denza also reminded that it will regularly hold special OTA experience camps. Those interested are advised to follow the official announcements and rules, after which they can register to participate based on their own needs (source: ithome.com).
