The depreciation of the Bestune T77 turned out not to be as dramatic as many expect from “Chinese” cars: three years after purchase, the crossover, according to analysts’ calculations, retains 74.1% of its value. This figure appears in a residual value study that the Avtostat agency publishes on a regular basis and which also includes data on other models.

Ownership costs were also calculated in advance. If you drive 60,000 km over three years and operate the car in Moscow and the surrounding region, total maintenance expenses will come close to 1.4 million rubles. The calculation was based on a typical owner profile: 35 years old with 10 years of driving experience. With these inputs, the monthly figure comes out to a little over 38,000 rubles, and each kilometer driven “costs” almost 23 rubles.
Now about the car itself and its price tag. On the Russian market, vehicles from the 2023 model year are currently listed, and the price range, according to official data, falls within 1,924,000–2,076,000 rubles. The T77’s hardware holds no surprises: under the hood is a 1.5-liter engine producing 160 hp, paired with a 7-speed robotic transmission (photo: FAW).
It is also noted separately that the T77 is the main revenue driver for the Bestune brand in Russia: it accounts for almost half of the brand’s total sales.
