BAW Ruisheng Ace M7 2026 Unveiled: Prices Starting at 660,000 Rubles and a Choice of Gasoline, CNG, and Electric Versions

Recently, the BAW Ruisheng Ace M7 for the 2026 model year premiered. The new model is priced from 59,800 to 109,800 yuan (0.66–1.21 million rubles). This time, the lineup was expanded at once with two powertrain options: a conventional fuel-powered version and an LNG version. At the same time, a fully electric modification had been shown earlier, so buyers now effectively have three directions to choose from.

In terms of appearance, the vehicle generally repeats the versions already on sale, but the emphasis is on upgraded equipment and certain details. Among the differences mentioned is a new signature color combination: black and gray paired with a “tea” tone. Thanks to high-precision glossy paint and a silver matte-metal coating technology, ultrafine metallic particles are visible in the finish, forming a calm, restrained matte texture.

As for the interior and electronics, the key update concerns charging: a 50 W wireless fast charger has appeared up front, and the fast-charging USB ports have also been updated, which should noticeably speed up gadget charging compared with previous versions. At the same time, the central screen interface was redesigned: three themes are provided (simple, urban, and landscape), and brightness and image depth now automatically adjust to the lighting. Support is also claimed for connecting smartphones via HiCar and Carlink.

Comfort has been improved as well. On short-wheelbase versions, the rear suspension was optimized by using three-leaf springs to make the ride softer. In the “comfort” trims, a driver’s center armrest was added, and starting with the “luxury” trim, an armrest-box is provided, helping reduce fatigue on long trips. The side sliding door was modernized: it locks in the fully open position, so opening and closing it should be easier and smoother. An additional PTC heater is intended to make cabin warm-up more efficient and gentle.

On the technical side, refinements are noted for the 2.0-liter version: the transmission was optimized, shifting operating parameters by 250 rpm. The high-torque-rated transmission should provide crisper shifts, smoothness, and better efficiency. To improve safety and resistance to overheating, thicker brake discs were used. Finally, the battery cooling system was completely revised, replacing the air-based setup with a new-generation water-cooling system, which improves temperature control (source: news.yiche.com).
